  4. Review lease agreement

  5. Sign lease agreement contract

  6. Secure rental with security deposit

Credit Report

As part of the application process, you must share your credit report. You can get it free from Credit Karma, Annual Credit Report, or your bank.

Sign Lease Agreement

The lease agreement is sent to you after you finish applying and interviewing with our property manager.
